Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We'll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
3D Printed Products
Our products are individually 3D printed. Minor layer lines, small surface imperfections, and slight color variations are normal and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.
Misuse
Items damaged due to dropping, excessive force, improper use, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping
Shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.
